It is important to us that safety is in order when you take off on the SUP board or mountain bike. SAFE CONDITIONS PROVIDES THE BEST EXPERIENCE
Rental takes usually place from Marielyst Strand under a safe and secure environment, where you are introduced to equipment, safety and water and weather conditions. The water activities take place from the beach, where shallow water areas provide good conditions for beginners. During the summer months, there are 2 lifeguards daily manning the beach lifeguard tower. They make sure that everyone can move safely and securely in the water and on the beach. If you are in doubt about how to deal with water, wind and weather conditions, you can also ask the lifeguards for advice.

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT WITH US…
The rental takes usually place in Marielyst. Activities are always planned in relation to wind and weather, and the rental can therefore be moved to another spot if the weather requires it. Coordination of selected activities can thus occur until the day before and be announced no later than 12 hours before the start. NOTE! – Rented to people from 16 years. Children under 16 can also try SUP or kayak. They just need to be accompanied by an adult.
RESPONSIBILITY & RULES
As a tenant with us, you must agree to the following: You must be able to swim to rent a kayak or SUP & bodyboards | ALWAYS wear a vest. The vest must not be used to sit on for safety reasons | If you have children with you, they must be 8 years old | Keep a good distance from bathing guests | Do not push other SUP guests into the water | Alcohol is prohibited before or during activities on the water | Vær opmærksom på vind og vejrforhold og tilpas aktiviteten efter forholdene.
The tenant is responsible for damage caused to the bicycle / SUP / kayak and equipment as well as any loss of these. Mærk Experience has no liability in relation to damage to yourself or your belongings during the activity. In relation to damage to third party property caused by bicycle / SUP / kayak, the tenant is liable with his own liability insurance.
CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
Services that are weather dependent may be canceled by the organizer at short notice. It is at all times the organizer who decides whether the weather is suitable for the booked activity. In case of cancellation or rebooking by the organizer, you as a customer always have the opportunity to be rebooked or refunded free of charge – regardless of the time of notification.
We only cancel activities where conditions prevent the implementation of activities in a safe manner. We strive to plan good alternative courses that can be completed regardless of the weather conditions. You are always guaranteed a good and safe experience with us!
