FUN AND ACTIVE WATER SPORTS EXPERIENCE
Experience the world’s coolest water sports and get basic SUP skills before you throw yourself into the blue on your own. The intro course gets you started safely and securely at the SUP, and everyone can join. If you just want to rent equipment for SUP etc., you are welcome here !
THIS IS HOW A SUP INTRO COURSE GOES
We have meeting points at Guldborg Camping , Maribo Kayak Club , Ny Kirstineberg B&B and the cafe Haveje Marielyst , where you will receive SUP board and equipment. There are toilet facilities where you have the opportunity to change clothes. The lesson starts with a small introduction to the use and handling of SUP board, equipment, safety and water and weather conditions. From the meeting point we walk in a group down to the beach, from where the teaching on the water takes place. You will have plenty of time to get used to the SUP activity and try out the board and its possibilities. On the water, you are introduced to water habituation, paddle and balance technique, partner exercises etc.

The intro course enables you to move more safely on the water. You receive instruction in the most beautiful natural surroundings of the South Sea islands or on one of Denmark’s best beaches, where there is a surge of surfchill and relaxed company. You get a fun experience that spreads good energy and high spirits. A few active hours with friends or family can strengthen the community on your trip. With us, you are offered good facilities, the best equipment and security at the top. We want to inspire you to look at the world with new eyes. SAFE CONDITIONS PROVIDES THE BEST EXPERIENCE
Your SUP intro course takes place as a starting point from one of our bases, but is also held at other spots depending on the weather conditions. Today’s lesson takes place under a safe and secure environment, where weather conditions and the participants’ ability are taken into account, so you get the best SUP experience. The activities take place in calm waters, where shallow areas and protected sea water provide optimal conditions for trips and beginner courses.
Children under the age of 10 can also take part in SUP! They just have to be accompanied by an adult per. child. The adult is given a wetsuit and participates as a support instructor for the child on the team.

THAT’S HOW WE DO IT WITH US …
Your lesson is planned according to wind and weather and can be moved to another spot if the weather requires it. Coordination of activities and location can therefore occur until the day before, no later than 12 hours before the start of the course.
NOTE! Booking closes 12 hours before the appointment starts. Upon check-in, you will receive a SUP board and relevant equipment. The course is completed with a number of participants of at least 6 participants – from 10 years. Participation in SUP activities is at your own risk. All accidents are covered by own insurance.
CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
Services that are weather dependent may be canceled by the organizer at short notice. It is at all times the organizer who decides whether the weather is suitable for the booked activity. In case of cancellation or rebooking by the organizer, you as a customer always have the opportunity to be rebooked or refunded free of charge – regardless of the time of notification. We only cancel activities where conditions prevent the implementation of activities in a safe manner. You are always guaranteed a good and safe experience with us!
